According to the provisions of Article 707 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine
"On Protection of Consumer Rights", when buying a non-food product of proper quality, you
have the right to exchange it for a similar product if it does not suit you for any
reason. For example, you have the right to exchange an item if it does not suit you in the form,
dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons for which the goods cannot be
used by you for its intended purpose.
Only those goods of good quality are subject to return, which have not been used by you and
which has retained its presentation, properties, packaging, seals and labels. In this case, you do not have
the right to refuse the return of goods.
The period for the return of such goods is 14 days, excluding the day of purchase of the goods (if the seller
a longer return period has not been announced).
But there is a list of goods that cannot be returned.
In addition to the above-mentioned Law, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 172 is in force.
